  • Stopped in with my family for a random Monday lunch. Service was prompt and super friendly! Our waitress was very enthusiastic about the menu. We shared a few apps (smoked pineapple guac and tuna tartar tacos - both delicious) and had a round of drinks. The banana walnut old fashioned drink was amazing. Naturally, I tried everyone else's drinks, too. They were all delicious and the prices were fair for good drinks downtown. We mostly ordered lunch sandwiches. They were very generously portioned and super tasty. It was refreshing to enjoy authentic Caribbean flavors. You have to ask for their house papaya hot sauce. It was hot, but soooo so good. Will definitely be back again. Such a little gem downtown with a good atmosphere. Also worth mentioning, the gorgeous comfortable chairs and nice big tables. Too many downtown spots are crammed and uncomfortable.
