  • Dirty facility, lack of care for my 86 yr old father. He began to vomit blood and his rectum he was rushed to hospital where he died monday. Tuesday we went to gather his belongings. His rx glasses...gone. his C-Pac case.....gone other personal items...gone. The facility manager, heavy set woman wearing a long green dress (dont know her name) never called my mom with more info about his property. Very unkind. Grief and dealing with unprofessional people is not a good mix. Shame on this facility!!!!! However, kudos to sophie Garcia, she was caring and kind. And a young man working there, found my dad's glasses in the trash. He was concerned and helpful. Don't take your loved one there.
