  • Spent a week trying to get a simple estimate for a project with pictures, measurements etc., all given. I even offered to pay them to the job site if they felt more comfortable! I found Bill to be rude and after many emails, I still can't get one single piece of information. As a designer, I can't risk continuing to look bad to my client. To bad, we had a lot of work to be done. Going elsewhere :(
