  • I wanted to give LVAC Eastern a 4 star review, but their sales staff sucks. We were members at all LVAC locations for 4 years before moving out of the area. When we moved back, the gym was about 25 minutes away from the house, so we politely asked for a couple of day passes to see if we could take the commute to the gym. The sales person said that he couldn't do it because we were already members in the past. The difference between then and now was clear...we live further away and there is a child involved. We wanted to see how the childcare was handled at least 1 or 2 times. I wasn't asking for a free membership, just a couple of passes to evaluate their child care facility. This location is busy as hell, all the time too.
