  • I'm only giving one star because I have to in order for it to register as a review at all. I have NEVER had such a negative experience with ANY business, let alone dry cleaning, in my entire life. Not only did they not perform the services that I asked AND PAID FOR, but they refused to accept fault and correct everything on the back end. Instead, they LITERALLY came out and said that the customer is actually very frequently wrong and that I'm "lying". Additionally they urged me to post a review and report their company. After I informed them that we have been doing business with them for a long time and that we've actually referred over nine different people/families there over the years, the owner blatantly said "I don't care; we don't need any of you or your referrals' business". They were rude, obnoxious, and extremely ungrateful. I encourage anyone looking for dry cleaning/alteration services in the area to go elsewhere. Besides, they're expensive and their turnaround times are slow to begin with. With so many of these types of businesses being available in the area, you can EASILY find one elsewhere that has ownership and customer service that portrays gratitude and decency towards their clientele. I have never posted a negative review for ANY business because I believe in the fact that errors exist and mistakes do happen--we're all human. However, the experience with this "company" has left me so frustrated and upset that I couldn't help but to post this for the sake of helping everyone else moving forward and preventing anyone from encountering such an awful experience as I have. Besides, like I said, dry cleaners/alteration stores are a dime-a-dozen and can be found everywhere....just do yourself a favor and avoid this one. This place should be shut down with just how bad they treat their customers.
