  • Carol is the most unprofessional and rudest person I have ever had the misfortune of working with. I texted her about a plumbing issue in the house and she completely ignored me for a week and a half. Then texted me the number of a plumber and told me to call him. The next message I got was one word on the second of the month: rent. Then she texted a list of the late fees. I explained that we had sent the rent and that it would surely be there soon. She proceeded to berate and insult me and then tell me that I would have to pay for the repair on the plumbing if I didn't get it fixed soon. Any time I bring up her rudeness she tells me she has 'so many properties that she manages' and 'she can't be my babysitter'. I will not be renewing my lease. This woman is terrible to have to deal with, avoid her at all costs. What a nightmare.
