  • CRAPMAN DODGE, It sure does have a ring to it doesn't it!? Never have I endured such terrible service. I came in after being mislead that I was going to be purchasing a car and of course they "no longer had it". I should have expected this from what I have heard about this dealership. However, I do like to believe that not all what we hear is true.... In this case it is 100% on point. I will never purchase a vehicle from any Chapman location or a vehicle from them EVER and hope that this review even changes one person's mind before wasting their time to talk to a salesman. Trust me, time wasted I cannot get back.
