  • I made our reservation over two weeks before our travel date. I specifically chose this company for the fact we were traveling with 2 seniors in their 80's and thought a private Mercedes Benz van would be a great option for them. I prepaid the return trip including the gratuity on Paypal. On the morning of our pick at 5:45 am a van fromSuper Shuttle arrives. If I wanted super shuttle, I would have reserved that company. I asked the driver if the company had a mix up and she confirmed my name, address and pick up time. Getting the two seniors in the van was very difficult. When we got to the airport the driver informed me that the gratuity was not included and showed me the price the company said they were paying for the service. Nice start to our vacation! When we arrived at our destination, I get a call from Ride Skoot saying our pick up tomorrow will be with Super Shuttle. They obviously had the wrong day. I called them back and explained we were already at our destination and we were very disappointed we did not receive the company or service we paid for. Even if we had known it was Super Shuttle picking us up, that is so misleading. I do have to say the return pick up was with the Mercedes van. The driver and prompt pick up was great service but unfortunately I will not use this company again.
