  • OMG Best amazing experience ever I believe the person that helped us her name was Tera what a wonderful employee you have she went over and above to assist my husband & myself since we are a older generation we aren't as fast as the young crowd she explained everything to us showed us how to use are new phones totally a 5 star rating . There was another man there the time we had ordered the phones however he was kinda weird and we kinda felt uncomfortable with that employee and he wasn't very helpful and he seemed not trustworthy However we still continued since we feel Sprint would not have dishonest employees working for them. We both enjoy are new phones I have the 7 plus & my husband has iPhone 7, he said he wished he would have waited for the iPhone 7plus though Thank you for checking on our experience your awesome O gosh I thought I posted this so the first post above I found that I must have not sent it in until today sorry . We also recently had the pleasure of having Tara helping us once again recently up grade our phones My husband Woody called sprint and after getting shuffled around to two different people for about a hour got frustrated and hung up then called your sprint store on McDowell & 99th ave and within 10 minutes Tara assisted us with solving the problem Tara is a Gem what a super caring employee you have that goes over and above to truly help her customers I wanted Sprint to know Thank You Woody & Cindy Olson
