I bought my 2015 Crosstrek from Subaru Superstore a few years ago. The buying experience was a good one, and I especially liked their facility. However, there service team has been extremely disappointing. I'm currently sitting in the waiting room while my car undergoes a routine oil change. I scheduled the earliest possible appointment at 7:30am. It's currently 9:15am and they haven't even started. I had to ask about my vehicle for them to even get it into the shop. On another occasion I ordered a parts kit and paid extra for shipping to my home. The parts never came and I was instructed to come drive across town to pick up the kit.
