Wow....the assistant manager is a real jewel and has a special gift for customer service.
Every single question we asked about shipping a package to Australia and including prepaid shipping back was greated with, "Oh, I don't know" or "I can't do that here you'll have to do it online".
Finally had to ask if this was FedEx and if shipping is still their expertise?
It's one thing when you don't get the answers you're looking for, it's a whole nother level of frustration when inadequate customer service is met with an "I could care less attitude"
