  • They charged me for missing an appointment that they had to reschedule on their end; I told them I was not going to make the times they offered. I tried explaining to them that it wasn't a good time frame for the appointment but they insisted that I call beforehand if that were still the case. They wouldn't just let me call them back when I had a better idea of my availability, regardless, they went ahead and made an appt that I didn't want. Ended up not being able to make it as expected and gave them a heads up that morning and they went on and gave me a $50 cancellation fee. Said I was noncommittal when I said I Could NOT make that time as I said was going to happen! Jeez!!! Very disappointed with them not making up for THEIR mistake. Plus, their hygienists will rip your gums out. Stay far away all around. Frustrating.
