Very disappointed and never even had face to face time with them. Called to make service appointment and the first girl, Ashley, was very curt and snobby as if I was inconveniencing her for wanting service or asking questions even though I was very polite and calm and patient and just had a few questions. I called back just to ensure the vehicle at 25,000 miles was still under warranty so I knew what to expect for charges and the second girl was also very abrupt and irritated sounding. When I found out that the vehicle was not under warranty (which is insane but a serious loophole of the manufacturer, not this particular dealer's fault) I said "wow, that is insane and very very bad, so the manufacturer doesn't offer any sort of backing of their 'product' at all and won't stand behind it?" and she rudely in just as snotty of a tone goes "is there anything else I can do for you?" So glad you don't care one bit about your customers or customer service here. It is all about that extra dollar I guess nowadays. I would suggest using a different Ford dealer for service needs. I had a different vehicle few years back and had much better luck with Friendly Ford and Ford Country on the attitude in the service department and willingness to work with you on any issues.
