  • I came across this service and got excited from both the price and all the positive reviews. I was more than disappointed from the actual experience. First, the vehicle was not a Bus, it was a very small and cramped Van. When we left the Union Station Downtown, there where already EIGHT (8) Passengers in this Van. Shortly after, the Drive (Tony) says we are going to pick two more adults in Barstow. I really felt the owners where trying to get the most money they could at the expense of the passengers safety and comfort. Everyone in the bus was already crammed shoulder to shoulder, like a small can of sardines. One of the passengers said that it's been even more packed in the past. I really don't feel that this was a legitimate operation going on and if it is, it certainly has no standards. Not only was this ridiculously uncomfortable, but very unsafe. Half of the Adults on the bus where over 200lbs, there was absolutely no wiggle room to even put your seat belt on and no head rests. Although I only brought a small Bag, everyone brought several large suit cases. They where shoved into every nook and cranny (under the seats, Along the side of the doors, on people laps). It was terrible. (Aren't there vehicle capacity limits??) We thought this would be a better alternative then renting a car and driving ourselves because then this way we could nap along the way. But we where so ridiculously cramped there was no way to get comfortable. I got no rest, back and shoulder aches, and my poor friend got so sick from the ride that she threw up as soon as we got off. We went to vegas to have a good time and the ride up, through this van service, only made or trip up (and first night out) miserable. I highly recommend this to anyone who would consciously compromise the safety and comfort of themselves or their loved ones. I really should have snapped a bunch of pictures. It was unbelievable how many grown people and luggage where stuffed in that tiny thing. I was so happy to have found a flight back through JetBlue for only $47. I would never consider riding with this service. The amenities and pictures described in the listings are very mis-leading.
