  • 1st time at this location, had great service on a Thursday night. I was exhausted from a hard week and my esthetician (Helen) made sure I was comfortable (adjusted my chair, turned on the massage settings for me). I prefer my foot soak on the warmer side, so she made sure to add hot water periodically. Very attentive. I mentioned a stiff spot on my hand and she targeted it during the mani hand massage which was great. Only down side: another worker was playing really loud music the whole time. A customer that came in during the end of my visit made a comment about it, but it seemed to go unacknowledged. Over all great experience. --------- Came in for a touch up as my shellac peeled in 24hrs. Helen wasn't in unfortunately. A worker (who i can only assume was the manager or supervisor) appeared almost irritated that I was there. I sat for a while before she actually came to set up the shellac remover. Definitely a technology focused place as everyone was on their phones, blaring music, and even texting while holding my hand to fix the polish. Will definitely stick to requesting one esthetician when I go in.
