To begin ... are you a dental patient that is REALLY afraid of going to the dentist? It's hard to admit that a grown adult (like 64 years old grown) will actually cry in the dentist chair. I had to have a lot of work done so I was in that chair for a while. We don't usually tell others that we are a cry baby or are so afraid that we put off taking care of our dental needs. This is a true fear and goes back to my childhood. If this sounds like you, this is the dentist office for you. You will not find a more compassionate Doctor who is incredibly understanding and will always make sure that you're as comfortable as possible. He also stopped working when I needed a breather. If you need some medication to help get you through the door he will help with that too. It also helps to know that Dr. Harmon uses the most modern equipment, procedures and techniques (Cerec), which is a real art by itself. Certainly not like "the old days." The entire team are not just staff, they really care about their patients. When you leave the office you feel as if you've made friends.
A special thank you to Tracie who held my hand during the injections and also reminded me to breath when I was holding my breath and Lydia who helped out when four hands weren't enough! Katie and Amy who keeps the office running smoothly! These two girls are a real team together and they just make you smile! They did all of the billing to the insurance company including my piggy back plan. I haven't met the hygienists yet but I will soon! I told Dr. Harmon that he is a lucky Doctor to have such an amazing team, which I might add matches his abilities and personality!
If you understand all this... make the call and tell them that Rhonda sent you!
