  • Ordered some flowers as a 'get well' present. They were not delivered the next day, as I had requested, and I had to actually call in to get them to ship them. Horrible service and the customer rep I spoke with only had the excuse of 'oh, our system sometimes does that'. Alrighty, in that case, I've no interest in their service if that is the standard.... had I not intervened by the time the get well flowers would have arrived, if at all, my friend would have all been already healed up...... horribly customer service experience.
