  • I have visited this nail bar three different times, mainly for its convenient walk from my condo, unfortunately each visit has been met with regret, poor customer service from one nail aesthetician who spent most of her time checking her phone and gave me the most express mani pedi of my life just so she can go back to watching a movie on her phone. The next time I just went in for a mani and the service was the same, I left with what can only be described as a polish change. And my last experience which has to be by far the absolute worst was a Brazilian wax, the lady who came in was so rough and used an extremely hot wax setting, I had a slight burn and at the end of it I had to wait a few days and get a redo since the treatment I received was not finished. This place is overpriced for the poor services they provide.
