  • They quoted me $39 for my staircase over the phone and then after cleaning a small patch of the very high traffic portion of the carpet, told me it would be $350 to do the stairs "properly", the $39 quote was just for a "steam". I had a very polite exchange with the technicians who were quite courteous and professional but I told them I was not interested in getting any kind of service from them. Ten minutes later, I received a call from someone in the office who demanded that I pay them a $20 call out fee. What a nightmare. I can see now that obviously this is a scam that they have been running on a lot of people.
