This is our third time here and it never disappoints. Walked in at 5:30 a few weeks back with no reservations. There were already a bunch of people waiting in the bar area and a couple people ahead of us in line. We were seated right away.
Carlos and Steven took care of us this evening.
We were brought the pretzel sticks and assortment of bread. Along with some kind of mini puff things.
We started with the Maple Glazed Pork Belly, always good.
My gf ordered the Double thick Kurobuta pork chops, which she loved. I had the Snake River Farms Wagyu Short Ribs "Indian Spiced" placed over curried cauliflower puree (amazing!). Slowly cooked for 8 hours, perfection!
We also ordered the cream spinach w/fried egg, holy crap it was awesome!
No room for dessert but enough for their little complimentary dessert "bites".
Food 5, Service 5.
