  • I have a 6 burner Thermador stove and the oven stopped working. I called so many appliance repair places I lost track and none wanted to tackle the problem except for one very high end appliance store and they wanted a fortune just to come out and take a look. I finally found this company and Ceasar came out. He was on time and perfectly pleasant. He told me what he thought the problem was and ordered the part. He didn't ask me for any money at all. When the part came in he called me and came back out. When he installed the new part it didn't work. Was defective from the factory. So he ordered it again and came out a 3rd time. It worked fine (and still is) and the charge was very, very reasonable. In fact, most of the charge was the part even though he had to make 3 trips to my home. He charged me almost nothing for labor. I don't understand all of these 1 star reviews. Almost seems fishy. No 2 stars or 3 stars? Almost every single one is a 1 star with some posting his cell number or insulting his wife? I would use this company again in a second. They were great.
