  • If I could rate this NON customer centric store a 0, I definitely would. They will hustle you at all costs. Be sure to know that if you have a phone to trade in, you can use that credit towards your bill. They tell you that you HAVE to use it in store but they're just trying to get their commission. I suggest going to an actual Verizon store and not a 3rd party. Worst customer experience ever!
