  • Alright, I'll be honest: I came here exclusively to try the Iced Orange Cardamom Latte as well as the Iced Rose Cognac Latte and as soon as I walked in and asked for it, they informed me they no longer have either of them! It was kind of upsetting because I have really only fulfilled my floral latte obsession once before and that was exactly a year ago in Savannah, Georgia. Instead, I settled on a Frito Pie and a Chocolate Walnut Doughnut. I know it's a weird combo, but let me tell you, it was damn delicious. The Frito pie is veggie (I don't typically love vegetarian-style chili but this was really good) and the Chocolate Walnut Doughnut was garnished with spiced walnuts on top. The store is actually connected to the Short Leash Hot Dog joint, which is where the Frito Pie came from. They specialize in signature hot dogs (I'm pretty sure they had at least 20 on the menu) and I'm definitely going back to try them! Cute little spot with lots of space and friendly waitstaff. *Easily accessible via Light Rail/Valley Metro Bus On a side note, if anyone knows of a place that has a floral latte like a lavender latte or a rose latte like this one^ SAY SOMETHING! I'm buying!
