rev:text	I have lived in Lakewood for three years and this was my go to nail salon. I never had a bad experience until my last visit about one week ago. I arrived and the woman doing my pedicure was new, which is fine. She began performing my service and everything was going routinely until she started clipping away as dead skin on the inner border of my big toe next to the nail. She then grabbed a piece of skin and pulled it all the way back to the cuticle! This was so painful and I have no clue why anyone one do that. It felt like she ripped a hang nail off. After she did this to both of my big nails it just didn't sit well with me. I woke up the next day and my big toe was throbbing! It was hot, swollen, painful and I couldn't walk normally. She caused an infection! This is the ONLY time I have ever had an issue with my services there. Beside this one time, the staff are very polite, nice, and perform a great service. I am just very disappointed in the service I received, I have never developed an infection from a pedicure service. There are several people who I would see again at this location but if the woman I had last time is still there I will not be returning. I hate to give a bad review, but no one should pay money to get a foot infection. Also, they only accept cash tips.
