rev:text	I rate it at a 3 only because there is still more to be seen once the construction of the other restaurants/shops is complete. However, from what I saw, this place is really nice and fancy. I loved the cute little village feel. It kind of reminded me of being somewhere in like Europe. I was impressed that they hold an indoor farmer's market every Saturday. I could see why they do it indoor...the heat of Las Vegas is scorching in the summer time.
