After my thoroughly negative review I was unexpectedly contacted by AJ the general manager. We spoke for over an hour. I found him to be genuine , honest, concerned , and caring. He wanted to take responsibility for my problem and the restaurant problems with reservations and service. . On Fri 7:15 PM AJ drove 1 hour 15 min from Glendale to our home in Maricopa to bring us our anniversary dinner. The dinner was excellent. We spoke for close to an hour, it was a pleasure meeting him.At this point in my life the gesture says more about the character of the person and the restaurant and means more than any meal could ever mean. I truly believe that from now on with AJ understanding the problems , they will be no more. He has hired more people and is training the staff to work as a team . AJ is a beautiful caring human being and there a good people around him that need his direction. The cooking is excellent and the menu is also.. The good people who run it just need to show who they are and be themselves. Make everyone who comes in feel like family. Treat them well and they will always want to come back because you made them have a good evening .if you and the customer are happy that's a good thing right?. Well it's so easy?. AJ thanks for being you and making things right. You didn't have to care. But you did. You cared 1000%. You taught me something at 62 yrs old I never knew. It's way better to care about someone 1000% than it is 100%. Everyone needs to practice that, I know I will from now on! Because of your caring , we will be back to BELLA LUNA and the JAMAICAN chicken dinner will be on us when we do. In life God teaches us when someone does good for you , you do good for them too. Wish you nothing but success at your restaurant AJ, I know you'll get it right. You are a good man! If you have had reservation problems in the past or you have had problems with the service in the restaurant I know AJ is going to make sure all his customers are satisfied 100% of the time whenever they come in. AJ wants the restaurants whole dining experience excellent and the staff totally onboard
