rev:text	If I could give it a -5 I would. Had never been at the shop before but I saw a sign outside advertising chocolate covered strawberries in lieu of Valentines Day approaching. So I went in ordered half a dozen mixed to pick up on Valentine's Day. The man behind the counter was helpful wanting my business. Come Valentine's Day I got really busy and forgot that I had to pick up the strawberries. He was nice enough to call and leave me a text to remind me. So, I go in and pick up the strawberries and to my surprise they are mediocre at best. Not even close to what the other chocolates look like in aesthetics. Tells me that they're only milk chocolate because he ran out of the dark even though that should not have been the case since I pre-ordered. But they were so unappealing I wasn't even phased by that at the time. The most undesirable chocolate strawberries I have ever seen and I am talking about chocolate so you can just imagine how ugly they must we're. Honestly my 5 year old could have done a better job. Most companies look for the best looking strawberries specially when they're going to dip them in chocolate to charge more for them, than they're worth but apparently not at that store . They looked like they were old and on the verge of being tossed out. If you don't believe me please stop by and take a look for yourself. My only regret is not snapping a photo with my phone so I could show everyone. Pathetic and ridiculous considering that for $24 dollars you only get half a pound which consists of six tiny decaying sad strawberries that were dipped and decorated with chocolate by someone who has no idea how to. Completely unappealing so much so I had to ask for a refund because I was embarrassed to present them to anyone. But here is where it gets ridiculous so, I walk back in with my 5 year old. Not wanting to make a scene but just get my money back I wait for the man behind the counter to be done with another customer. That's when he drops the mans chocolate on the floor but still sells it to the man because he said, it had packaging. Didn't stop to think the cigar looking chocolate rectangles could have broken when he dropped them. Even though that didn't affect me I wanted to point out just how cheap this person is that he did not offer to give the customer a new box of chocolates after he had dropped them on the floor. The customer leaves I ask the man for a refund because I wasn't satisfied with the strawberries. He gets defensive and nasty with me telling me that he'll give me a refund but to never come to his store again. I was like whoa, in disbelief thinking what a jerk in my head but since he was going to give me my money back and I had seen his strawberries and had no desire to ever come back I kept my cool. And if he would've have given me my money and just be quiet that would have been it but that was not the case. He was a complete jerk, demeanor changed, very rude. So he tells me he's going to give me 24 dollars four of which will be in change because he's low on dollars. Thinking I had paid 26, I tell him I think I paid 26 as I look at my receipt. Very angrily he he yells at me I am getting very tired of you! As I check my receipt I tell him you're right it's 24 but you don't have to be rude. As a courtesy to you I waited for the other customer to leave before I talked you about the strawberries. He continued being rude to me. So, I told him that he didn't know how to treat his customers he continued being disrespectful to me in front of my five year old so I stopped holding back and told him his strawberries where pathetic and the ugliest I'd ever seen and very loud so anyone could hear me. Calling him an expletive on the way out because just how his chocolate strawberries where unappealing and inedible he deserved every expletive and more. With so many more choices out there don't waste your money at this store. The chocolate is average nothing special. Only ordered here because it was convenient for me at the time. Ironically it turned out to be a huge insulting inconvenience for me in the end. Save yourself the hassle and the insults God forbid you ask for an exchange or request a refund. After I got my refund I took my 24 dollars across to See's where they were very nice to me and my daughter they even gave my daughter a whole piece of chocolate as a sample not a sliver like at that other pretentious want to be trendy tasteless tacky chocolate store run by that jerk. Looking forward to them going out of business with that jerk and his lack of customer skills I can't imagine that will take long. Hopefully something good will go in, in it's place.
