Alight, came in to service my 2015 Mazda 3. Scheduled a meeting with Ellen. She introduced me to Hector and Gabe. They were very helpful and easy to deal with in getting my options on getting into something new. I'm happy to note that they got me into a new Mazda 2017 with top specs. At close to equal monthly. I was easy. Come in and ask for Hector he'll help you out. Wow. Never expected to come in for service and come out with a new car.
Customer service Joya and service tech Jordan where all very detailed and helpful. Took my car in for its first service and couple of recalls. Joya was very good at making sure everything was okay. And Jordan made sure I get my car back that day, because with the tuneup and recalls they told me it would take some time. They even gave me a ride to my house then picked me up when my car was done. Only thing I would suggest is maybe, providing a loaner car service only if the process would take longer than that day. It's was a great time and the facilities where clean and hospitable!
