  • The merchandise is ok, but the service here is SO BAD. It's kind of amazing. I have never been here and waited less than 10 minutes in line to check out. And it's not because they are understaffed either! There are plenty of employees wandering around re-folding folded clothes. Last time I was in I left because I just couldn't wait in line any longer. 15 minutes is enough. Get it together, Nordstrom Rack. Boo.
