  • I called Matt because of all the great reviews and he offered the lowest price I could find on dryer vent cleaning. I asked him to text me when he was about a half hour away and he did (Which is great because most service people say they'll let you know but don;t actually call until they're in the driveway). He showed up on time and took about 10 minutes inspecting the vent. It turned out that it was actually pretty clean already. Since he didn't need to clean it he didn't charge me, even though he drove across town to come take a look. I very much appreciate good customer service and will definitely call him again when I do actually need a cleaning.
