  • Obviously I should have checked Yelp. I've never been more horrified in my life. I understood that the pet stains on my area rug might not have been able to be cleaned but they never told me, they just took my money, never called me and never cleaned the rug. I called to speak to the manager, explaining that I thought perhaps it had been an oversight and was treated to the most belligerent, foul-mouthed, insulting excuse for customer service I've ever received. It was basically as if I had asked the guy whose at the bar, drunk by 10am to clean my carpet. He was that disgusting, that foul and that incompetent. Also, the customer service from the staff was just as bad. The culture of this company is abusive. I wish I had read these reviews but apparently they don't much matter. What they deserve is for everyone whose ever suffered the experience of hiring them for a job to get together and nail them with a whopping lawsuit.
