rev:text	Horrible service. If you need help you have to ask. When you ask, they don't know what their products. I went to purchase a dryer, and was told cord was included...nope. Bought it anyway, scheduled a delivery window which they missed by 4 hours. Repeated calls to find out where the delivery was and wound up in a menu loop. Frustrating! Finally spoke to someone who said oh you are next...another hour. Each time I spoke to someone, I got a different story. When the item finally showed up, I was told their truck broke down. Sorry but I didn't buy it. They say they will call you the night before to confirm, they do not. They say they will call when they are in the way, they don't. In the middle of my 6th call, they finally showed. Glad we didn't have plans for a Saturday evening or need to go to work. Better service from Cox! Needless to say, as the holidays approach, we had a few Best Buy items on our list. We will go elsewhere for these now and avoid this location at all costs. The dryer was available from Lowe's, should have gone there...next time. One positive, we do like the dryer. I do not typically bother writing reviews, but this service was sooo bad, no wonder brick and mortar retailers are dying. One final thing, there is no way to provide feedback to Best Buy lusted anywhere on their website. So Yelp it is...
