Book and mortar stores need to really get behind customer service, I mean really get out there and become something customers want to make a trip to visit, rather than use online, in this case, e books. This store has employees who appear to be brain dead, and spacy, especially when you ask them anything. I don't see one ever greet a customer, smile. I only went there because the item I was going to order online would take too long to arrive, but in the future, I will just wait for it rather than go to a business that appears to have it's head in the sand.
