Worst customer service ever. They work with direct tv. They said during our move that installation at the new house was free, first lie. They said the bill was going to be the same, they lied, it doubled. They told us no contract, third lie, $260 cancellation fee. My husband spent 4 hours on the phone with them today, they transferred him 3 times and disconnected him twice. Any cancellation fee is better than supporting this ridiculous company.
