  • I had to stopover for less that 2 hours on Aug 28. The queue to get to Customs was very long and staff needed to block crowd at the corridors since the main hall was so full. No one was even allowed to go to the bathroom while being blocked. Only passengers with the Nexus card were allowed to proceed right away. Staff over there have an attitude and actually provided wrong information - the person directed us to the wrong queue which caused a delay. Fortunately, we made it to our next connection on time. I don't understand why when on transit, we need to exit the secure area and then go through security once again before boarding the next plane. This is simply ridiculous. I'll make sure I'll avoid this airport as a stopover next time.
