  • This is my second year living at Amalfi. I've never had any issues with anyone in the office or the maintenance staff, like the reviewers mentioned below. Actually, everyone is super nice in the office whenever I go turn in rent or pick up packages. Whenever I put in a work request, it's usually done within a day or two, and whenever I see the maintenance staff around, they are super friendly. Although the rent has gotten a bit high and I know it's not the best apartment complex, I do think this is a safe and comfortable community to live in. It's good enough that this is the first time I haven't moved after a year for the past 8 years!
