| - February 2017=contacted the office manager (due to the fact no one has contacted me) She informed me that all the hinges have not come in yet. I guess when the salesman made me sign the contract that said they make, install, and manufacture (1 stop shopping) that they do not stock parts. Just another run around and disappointment in this company.
December 2016=After not hearing from them to make an appointment, they said the parts were still on order, they would come "bulk",
November 2016=I contacted the office manager & the district manager about the hinges on all my doors were rusted. After 4 e mails back and forth and sending pictures, I was informed they would order new parts.
March 2016= all the doors & windows now match. The district manager came to the house and made sure that everything was made right. I'm very grateful & finally glad, I have what I paid for.
Feb 2016= found out today, they no longer stock the parts to match the doors they installed 4 months ago. I guess this nightmare will never be over. The manager came out to bring products that do not match and went to the plant, to find that this is no longer what they stock.
Still waiting on this to be resolved!
Feb 2016=The 3rd time I have taken off work for the correct product. Guess what? They brought the wrong one again. Now, we are not talking about a special order, they actually used a standard door (so I'm told). I guess I will now wait another 8 weeks to get this problem solved. I do feel like when you spend more for doors & windows than you paid for your new car, the service should be better than this. Don't try to call any managers, they just pass you off to the people that order the products. I just want it right & this ordeal over!
Dec 2015=well, since my last update, they came out & replaced the doors that were bad from the factory. But guess what??? They installed the wrong door! The installer did not pay attention to that & I found it the next day. They are going to order the 3rd door now. So what I had done in Oct, in order to be ready for Christmas will be another 6-8 weeks. Very disappointed in the person who ordered, who checked the order and who installed it. I really thought they were much better than this. According to all the rave reviews you guys give them.
Oct 2015=I researched and interviewed 6 companies before selecting Champion. They have a good reputation and the product looked as good or better than most. They were the most expensive, which was an issue, since money does not grow on trees. They were the only company that promised that they make, sell & install all of their products. They don't order from another manufacture. That being said, they could repair, replace, faster and more quickly with the exact product when needed. They offered a lifetime warranty, so no future issue would be a problem. So, I signed my life away, they installed all new windows & doors in my house. They showed up when they said, They installed great and on time, but there were some damages from the factory. They ordered new products and called me the next day to tell me that they would rush the order due to their damage. Would be about 2 weeks. That was the 1st week of Oct and we are now in the 1st week of Dec. They now tell me 8-10 weeks lead time. This is why I chose them to begin with as stated about. I had not heard from anyone, so I called the manager and left a message. Gave him all my numbers and he give it to the install supervisor who left a voice mail. When I file a complaint, I expect a person to person call.
My rating for this company is...don't choose them, if time or money is tight, you will be disappointed.
