  • BIGGEST MISTAKE OF MY LIFE!!!! DO NOT PURCHASE!!!! TOTAL SCAM!!! I'M PAYING THESE GUYS FOR THE REST OF MY LIFE!!! Monthly maintenance fee regardless if I vacation or not. (mine is $35/moth $420/year basically what it would cost to book a hotel for 3 nights in southern cali at the beach, my points get me about the same 3 nights at beach front hotel so take the points i'm paying for plus the monthly fees, cost me twice as much as not having vacation ownership at wyndham.. i did say fuck these guys right??) Annual fee after the first year. Nothing is ever available for vacationing. They claim most resorts average 10k points a night when that number is closer 30k and some are as much a 200k+. You have to pay $30-40 every time you book a vacation. Who knows what else you have to pay for. oh ya, and 15.99%APR for your loan to purchase (if i let the loan take its 10 year course i'm paying more in finance charges than my actual loan amount!! basically double) (If you're doing the time share seminar for free tickets, do it, get your tickets and RUN!!!) In my opinion: I hope you all burn in hell!!
