The people at Seven Seeds are lovely. They have tea. They have hershey kisses. And they have free loaner mats and plenty of props available to use (even eyemasks for shavasana!).
The classes seem to mostly cater to beginning and aging yogis. They have a variety of classes including hatha, vinyasana, yin, and others. The class space is open, not crowded and has good natural light due to several large windows and the front of the studio.
If you're looking for a gentler practice in a nurturing and supportive environment, I'd definitely recommend checking out Seven Seeds.
