  • Horrible is the keyword. Delivered my package to wrong address but fraudently driver dropped it off not at correct address and had someone stranger sign on it. Call customer service said since there is signature nothing they could do about it and in addition no phone numbers listed for how to get a hold of local office--USE FEDEX!!!
