  • So when I went into to get my jacket for work it was alright the two employees were friendly enough. Although me personally I like to be greeted them given time to look for myself! That wasn't really the case at all. I found what I was looking for and they didn't have the color I needed so they have to order it telling me it would take 7-10 business days and since it was a Saturday it wouldn't ship until Monday. Monday came and went I waited and waited on the 7th business day I called and my jacket wasn't in on the 10th I called and I was told that the jacket had just been sent out...... They said if I needed to I could come in and get store credit HELLLO I can't do that its for work I need a certain color! It's now been 15 days and I'm still waiting for my jacket. Once I get it I will never ever shop at scrub tactic again. That's for sure!
