Horrible customer service-Started attempt to establish service on June 18th. Was told had submit lease and photo id. Could not sign lease until moving in per the property managers. Submitted lease and id on July 3rd and they do not work on July 3rd because of holiday. Today told 3 business days until they will even contact to schedule gas turn on due to their policies and the high volume of requests that they receive. While very nice, customer service was a joke repeatedly stating not much they can do as they can not see the information that I had sent. This is the results of a monopoly as they could care less as if you want gas service you have to get it from them. All other utilities and service providers were easy to arrange service and were prompt and efficient with the requests. Guaranteed if you are one day late with the payment, Southwest Gas will not take 3 business days to contact me
