Go elsewhere! I had the audacity to ask Debby a question when I called her one day and when she was rude and gave me an attitude, I confronted her on it. Instead of apologizing and doing the right thing, she became belligerent and even more rude and started an argument with me. . I have never in my life dealt with such a rude manager. What kind of a manager tells her customers they are wrong to want to be treated nicely and professionally? What kind of manager asks to speak to YOUR owner or YOUR manager when you are a paying, complaining customer? A poor one; and that is Debby in a nutshell!
We went to the BBB and filed a complaint and Debby actually tried to threaten me legally with "defamation of character." LOL! Such an unwise thing to do considering that all consumers have a legal right to state their opinions on review sites, and it is illegal for anyone to try to intimidate a consumer due to a bad online review. Congress passed this law back in 2016.
