  • I have been to this dealership twice for oil changes on my new Forester. The people that work there and the customer waiting area are beyond wonderful. I was disappointed today that, while I was waiting to check out, an older gentleman employee came up to my service advisor's desk and was a bit nasty to Mr Zack (my service advisor). I feel strongly that when you have employees that are so great at customer service, like Mr Zack, you should go out of your way to treat them well. Beth
