  • They tell you the wait is only 45 min but really they mean 3 hours. You'd think they'd give you a discount but no they just ignore you and prioritize people who've made an appointment. What if I'm planning to spend over $300? They'd never know cause they don't care about people who don't make appointments. They should make appointments a requirement if they're going to make you wait that long.
