  • Second chances will either show you that it was worth it.. or it was just a waste of time...i came here twice...there's only two Lush store located in Pittsburgh...i take lots of baths during the winter time...you know just to keep warm and just to relax from the cold...so i searched everywhere for Lush!....the two Lush store is located Here and the other ones in Ross mall...both location sucks..but this one the lesser evil... I was so socked there's s lush store in Macy ...iv been to many Macy and none of them ever carried lush products...so when I saw lush in Macy I got excited...but that didn't last long... products are so limited... area is cramped....almost all there bubble bars and bath bombs were sold out...they don't carry a big range of products and there always out of stock when it comes their popular products...i do however like the customer service here...very helpfully and polite when i asked them a few questions...
