rev:text	DISAPPOINTING!!!!! I tried to get a apt. with the 3 nail techs all the reviews talk about, I was told Hannah in the evening . I thought I was getting Hannah, until I get there and I get a nice older gentleman that does my pedi which was ok, nothing special at all. When it was time for my gel nails, I have to wait for a nail tech after other ladies that came in after me and once again it is not Hannah the nail tech I requested when I made the apt. Now I am high maintenance when it comes to my nails that's why I do research and go to places with great reviews and request a nail tech that had great reviews and does nail designs. BUT I always take care of the nail tech well for dealing with my OCD about my nails and the designs I want. So I do expect to be treated as if you want to do my nails and not be blown off or treated as if I'm just a inconvenience to you. This is exactly how the nail tech that did my gel nails treated me, because he didn't want to have to work for his money. I go from being excited to see what cool new design I might have on my nails this evening to just a plain purple French tip. The shaping of my nails put me over the edge when I asked him to fix over half of them and he filled my thumb nail so short. Oh yeah He didn't even soak my nails and clean my cuticles up, I asked him about it and was told he asked me at the beginning, I didn't remember the conversation. At the end he offered to clean my cuticles up, but I passed. So as I stated before I'm disappointed and looks like it was a $80 lesson, not to return to this nail place again.
