  • When I went in I only wanted my hair to be re-layered and I asked them not to touch the length. However the stylist asked if I was sure and I changed my mind and said it was okay to cut off 1/2 an inch because I had been dying my hair a lot recently to try and go back to my natural colour and was most likely a but dead on the ends. Keep in mind I said 1/2 an inch and did not want any more cut off then that. When the stylist showed me my hair she had cut off about 3 and a 1/2 inches from my hair. I am not someone who normally gets to upset about what goes on with my hair because I love to do different things with it, however I left in tears because my prom was coming up and my hair was now ruined and I ended up having to buy extensions for my hair.
