  • Such a great experience This place is so close to me, so that's perk #1. Probably under 3 minutes driving. It's located in the shopping center with Target across from LVAC. It's immaculately clean inside with great attention to detail. Front lobby is adorable with cute merchandise, bright colorful walls and a sitting area. Plenty of lockers for your personal belongings. The restrooms and shower area were also really clean and loungy. They offer malin + goetz products which are amazing smelling natural skin care products. The spin room is spacious. I loved the bikes. Easy to maneuver with a resistance knob but also a handle which changes your resistance in 3 easy stages. Lighting was awesome. My instructor Shannon was so cute, motivating, inspiring, helpful and adorable. Music was great and the class went by so quickly. The acoustics in the room are phenomenal. The room is set up with bikes on 3 levels so you can easily see the instructor and bikes are not right behind each other. The class kicked my ass but in a way that when I woke up the next morning I was craving another spin class. They track you in class so at the end of the ride you get an email with your results to see how well you did/calories burned/ speed... They did a nice little towel service at the end of the class which included cold wet towels that maybe have tea tree or eucalyptus to help you cool down. Towels also provided on each bike before class begins. They checked in with me at the beginning and end to see how I enjoyed it. I loved the energy and vibe here. Definitely looking forward to coming again.
