  • We stayed at embassy suites before, and we have always enjoyed it! However, THIS location was a rare let-down. The customer service was bad- people were rude and not helpful. The room was also pretty bad - the drain had this nasty red smear that resembled blood. It was just unpleasant. The breakfast was good, but again, service could be better. The pool wasn't even working, and the front desk said it would be open later in the day. When we got back to the hotel after roaming around on the strip, he said the pool would be closed for 2 weeks! Vegas is supposed to fun and lively. I know embassy suites is not a casino, but seriously, I didn't want to walk into boringtown. Will not be back!
